Maxem fully understand the importance of production equipment to your business success. We know that downtime is critical and must be minimized in todays global competitive market. For this simple reason Maxem view service and support as a critical component of an ongoing successful business partnership.

Maxem is proud of the support we offer our customers. We have a team of support engineers, trained in a number of machines and with many years’ experience of equipment for electronic production.

We offer our customers technical support such as installation, preventive and emergency service, program writing, process support, process audits and application assistance.

Process support can take place either at the customer site or in our well-equipped Technology Centre in Naas, Co Kildare with modern production equipment or at your facility on your own equipment.

Process Support

In addition to technical support for our equipment we also offer our customers process support. Our engineers have built up a large knowledge base over the years and have helped many customers with new applications and optimising of their processes.

Process Audits

We are pleased to carry out process audits at our customers where we go through the whole SMD process from screen printing, through component placement to reflow. We check each process methodically – machine condition, material, parameters, etc and write a report which shows where the weaknesses are and what should be done to rectify them in order to optimise the process.
